Updated telescope mirror actuator to new design generation.  This meant taking notes from the client and my own insights to update existing parts and drawings. We fabricated a small batch of the new actuators in order to stress test and evaluate the changes before moving into production.

• Update drawings and models for efficacy and easy of use and assembly

• Document all drawing and model changes for clients records

• Update assembly plan for production

• Design custom tools and jigs for assembly

• Lifetime test actuators, including design of custom testing rigs

• Coordinate with vendors to get parts for prototyping and future productions orders

• Assembly multiple prototypes to evaluate actuator and assembly plan
